Clean water and Sanitation

Rain water is collected from the Drapers Field tri-winged root and channelled down to the natural swimming pool. Grey water is stored in above ground tanks and potentially potable sent directly to the reed beds for cleaning. Both water grades can be returned to the main dwelling (unless diverted to the garden) to complete the recycling loop.

Sustainable communities

Our entries in to the Modern Method of Construction Categories 1 and 2 (prefabricated lodges/ accessible homes and hotels) mean we can provide very low impact developments on sensitive or previously unusable sites. This allows us to concentrate on providing rapid response to  accommodation needs, increased biodiversity by design and off grid energy solutions.

Architect Bristol Exeter Contemporary Sustainable Architecture + Retrofit

Good Health and Well Being

Our retrofit assessment of The Shepperton resulted in being unapologetically 'biophilic'. A bold approach to move with a rapidly changing market caused by  urban live/ work demands in in the covid epidemic. Failing facades replaced with vertical planting and  rooms enlarged and connected with natural features (lake, woods, meadows). Measurable results included more efficient operations, healthier interiors and high rack rates.
